ckbd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ckbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ckbd website located at https://ckbd.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, account facilities, and payment processing functions made available thereon.

By completing the account registration process, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the ckbd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ckbd platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The governing language of all communications between ckbd and its players is English.

1.1 Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account held by an individual on the ckbd platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all account balances and transactions are denominated on the ckbd platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and ancillary account services provided by ckbd.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling services is legally prohibited under applicable local law.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

ckbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — ckbd will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the ckbd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

Access to the ckbd platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception to all players, regardless of jurisdiction, account type, or the nature of the activity they wish to undertake on the platform.

2.1 Age Verification

ckbd conducts age verification at the point of account registration using information provided by the player. In addition, ckbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point before processing a first withdrawal, following a change in account details, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder may be under 18.

Where age verification cannot be completed to ckbd's satisfaction, the account in question will be suspended pending resolution. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be returned in full. All winnings generated while the account was active will be forfeited.

2.2 Additional Eligibility Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to hold a ckbd account:

• You must be registering on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in their location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a ckbd employee, in a role that provides access to non-public platform data or game outcomes.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the ckbd platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

ckbd reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account where eligibility requirements are not met, without obligation to provide detailed reasons.

To access the full range of ckbd's services, including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals, you must register a ckbd account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address at the time of registration. This information must match the identity documents you will be required to produce during the verification process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active ckbd account at any time. The operation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where ckbd identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, identity document, or other means), all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be voided. ckbd's determination in such matters is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its anti-money-laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments, ckbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All players will be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding ninety days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet account showing the account holder name).

ckbd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle where there is a reasonable basis to do so. Accounts that are unable to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. Deposits made to an unverified account are held in trust pending verification and will be returned if verification cannot be completed within ninety days.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ckbd will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat, or telephone to request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact ckbd support at [email protected] immediately. ckbd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

All transactions on the ckbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ckbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment method availability may vary and is displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ckbd account balance in real time upon confirmation of successful payment from the relevant mobile financial services provider. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000, subject to any higher limits applied to verified accounts with enhanced status. ckbd does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider may apply standard transaction charges at their own discretion.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed. Where a third-party deposit cannot be returned due to payment processing constraints, the funds will be held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed to the player's registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet within fifteen to sixty minutes under normal operating conditions. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a mobile wallet registered in the account holder's name matching the identity documents on file.

ckbd does not impose a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may experience processing delays; players are notified of scheduled maintenance via the platform notification system in advance. In cases where additional identity verification is triggered by an automated fraud-detection alert, withdrawal processing may be extended pending manual review. ckbd will communicate any such extension to the player within four hours of the withdrawal request being placed.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

The ckbd platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied to player balances. Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT, the conversion to BDT is performed at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider and is outside ckbd's control. Players should satisfy themselves regarding applicable exchange rates before initiating such transactions.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. ckbd will notify the account holder by email thirty days before dormancy classification takes effect. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, to cover the cost of maintaining account records. This fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements. Account balances held in dormant accounts are not forfeited; they remain available for withdrawal subject to the verification requirements in Section 3.3.

ckbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including deposit match bonuses, free spins equivalents, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page and communicated to eligible players at the time the offer is made.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a ckbd account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in full on the promotional page for each offer. ckbd does not retroactively increase wagering requirements on bonuses that have already been accepted by a player.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which is stated on the relevant promotional page. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. ckbd is not obligated to provide advance notice of individual bonus expiry, though players may view the expiry status of active bonuses in their account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ckbd monitors bonus usage patterns to identify and prevent abusive practices, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; exploiting technical errors or software bugs to generate unintended bonus credits; and using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, ckbd reserves the right to void any bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation. ckbd's determination as to what constitutes bonus abuse is made at its reasonable discretion, and affected players may submit a formal complaint under the process described in Section 7.

5.4 General Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or shared IP address.
• Certain game categories — typically live dealer tables and certain high-RTP slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are disclosed on the promotions page.
• ckbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, provided that such withdrawal or modification does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress.

By using the ckbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited activities listed below. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of games and betting markets, and the safety and experience of all players.

6.1 Player Obligations

• You must use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You must keep your account credentials confidential and must not allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify ckbd promptly if you become aware of any error, technical fault, or unauthorised access affecting your account.
• You must ensure that all information provided to ckbd at registration and during ongoing use of the platform is accurate, current, and complete.
• You must comply with any responsible gaming limits or account restrictions you have voluntarily applied to your account.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckbd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or calculation bugs to obtain credits or winnings that would not otherwise have been generated.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ckbd support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the ckbd platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your actual location.
• Creating or operating more than one account, or operating any account on behalf of another individual without ckbd's explicit written consent.

Where ckbd identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

ckbd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. The circumstances in which ckbd may exercise this right include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; account inactivity exceeding twenty-four months; or a player's request for self-exclusion.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting ckbd support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt of a verified closure request, ckbd will process the closure within three business days. Any withdrawable real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten business days of the closure being confirmed.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension

Where an account is suspended by ckbd for investigation purposes — for example, in connection with a suspected Terms breach or identity verification failure — the player will be notified by email. Suspended accounts will have all gameplay and withdrawal functionality disabled pending the outcome of the investigation. ckbd will use reasonable efforts to conclude investigations within fourteen calendar days. Where an investigation cannot be completed within that timeframe, ckbd will communicate an updated timeline to the affected player.

7.3 Complaints Procedure

Players who dispute a decision made by ckbd regarding their account, including decisions to withhold winnings, apply bonus forfeiture, or close an account, may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". ckbd will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 24 hours and will provide a substantive response within seven business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through this process, the player may escalate the matter to ckbd's senior management team, details of which are available upon request from support.

ckbd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to every registered player at all times, without restriction or waiting period for limit reductions.

8.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately upon request. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play, prompting the player to review their activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account is locked for gameplay and deposits, but withdrawals of real-money balance remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of being confirmed. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed. During self-exclusion, the player's account is closed for all gameplay and deposits, and their details are flagged to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

8.2 Player Responsibility

8.3 Minor Protection

Players are responsible for ensuring that their account credentials are not accessible to any person under the age of 18 residing in their household. ckbd recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms. Any player who suspects that a minor has accessed a ckbd account must contact support immediately.
